Grand Finale

As usual, the kids from both Casas put on a grand 2 hours show with dances,pantomimes, and songs on the final day. Later, a new "dog" was inducted to the Grand Order of Roof Dogs. Woof! Rachel. Woof!

Growing UP

The "Dogs" could also see how the kids are growing up and maturing. Marta was quite a ham this time.

Dogs Return

While you can see some of the Roof Dog pictures under the "Casas" blog, I thought you'd like these,too. Four days after we returned this team arrived to just love on the kids. It is the only team that comes here specifically to do that. All our other teams combine teaching values or English, physical labor,and prayer with the various ministries. No one else gets to focus on just loving the kids as the Roof Dogs. (They still teach values,decision-making, and Scripture, too. Oh, also Karri was here so they got haircuts which they loved!)

New Friend

Everyone had a great time and Padre made a new friend! Miss Tootsie de la Jour.

More Travel!

We visited with all the teams we are expecting this year while home and as many churches as we had Sundays. It is a problem as you only get one Sunday a week! Still, we managed to use air miles to go to DisneyWorld with the family. It was truly a wonderful family trip. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly and it wasn't as busy as it would be in summertime. We actually enjoyed the cool weather. The bit of rain only effected one event we had hoped to see. Of course we managed to see EVERY princess!
